I enjoy helping individuals to discover more meaning and healthier connections in their lives. Prior to starting my private practice, I provided counseling to both traditional and non-traditional college students for 15 years in university settings, also supervising counselors-in-training. I am a board-certified counselor and a trained EMDR provider. I work from interpersonal process and emotionally focused therapy models.
I work alongside my clients to explore the challenges they face, to maximize their strengths, and to incorporate evidence-based tools in order to help each client find their own path to overall wellness.
