I am a Licensed Professional Counselor motivated to help people alleviate symptoms and suffering, heal wounds, deal with the past, the present, and create a healthier future. In treatment a partnership forms and together we decide how to make positive changes and accomplish goals in a way that is right for you. I use evidence-informed practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting. I provide a safe, judgment- free space filled with empathy and compassion to facilitate the therapeutic process.
I take a holistic approach to treatment and examine the intersection of physical and mental health, which can be helpful in addressing body image issues, negative feelings and patterns around food, shame, and self-esteem. I have worked with a wide range of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma.
