Julie is a Practice Co-Owner of Breakwater Associates. She is a Licensed Psychoeducational Specialist who is certified by the SC Board of Education as a School Psychologist II. Julie obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clemson University and continued there to complete postgraduate work in Special Education. She earned both a Master's degree and a Specialist's degree in School Psychology from the University of Georgia.
