In treatment I create an atmosphere of trust where together we can identify your strengths, find practical solutions to problems and unfold underlying difficulties that are obstacles to your experience of a rich and fulfilling life.

I rely on a relational foundation while drawing from a range of methodologies appropriate to each individual narrative. I have extensive experience and specialized training in addiction, trauma, couple and family therapy and well as parenting.
