Hi! I'm Julie, and I'm a licensed psychotherapist in Virginia & Colorado. I currently provide outpatient therapy services for individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, such as OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and crisis stabilization. My preferred treatment methods include ERP, CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, and Christian-Based Therapy.
Regardless of what you may be struggling with, I would love to meet with you, and provide you with the best therapeutic treatment possible! I enjoy using talk therapy, but I also include psychoeducation, art activities, music, writing, games, and videos in my sessions. I'm a therapist who will actively listen, but will give you homework exercises too!
