Hi! I'm Julie, and I'm a licensed psychotherapist in Virginia. I currently provide outpatient therapy services for individuals experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, trauma, and crisis stabilization. My common treatment techniques include CBT, DBT, ERP,Solution-Focused, Christian-Based Therapy.
Regardless of what you may be struggling with, I would love to meet with you, and provide you with the best therapeutic treatment possible! I enjoy using talk therapy, but I also include psychoeducation, therapeutic art activities, therapeutic music activities, therapeutic writing activities, therapeutic games, and therapeutic videos in my sessions.
