My mission at Hope Tree Therapy and Wellness is to provide couples and individuals with comprehensive and person-centered therapy tailored to the client’s needs and meet the client where they are at in all aspects of wellness: Physical, Financial, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual.

I utilize the Five Love Languages to assess how you express, perceive, and receive love, which helps you understand your partner's and your own needs for emotional connection. I also utilize genograms, which are like family trees, to understand how family patterns influence the ways you perceive and interact within relationships.

I want to meet you where you are, join you in the heartache, and bring the joy back to your life and relationships. What makes me unique is I strive to meet your needs by offering evening and weekend appointments, as well as a safe and welcoming environment to process.
