I come to my work as a therapist from backgrounds as an artist, hospital oncology chaplain, art professor and activist, meditation teacher, lover of movement, backpacker Dharma bum, essayist, companion of rescue pups, and former Buddhist nun. I've been around the block, tried many things, succeeded and failed, and carried my heart through many of this world's wild, beautiful, boring, terrible, sacred spaces. All of which feels relevant to working with clients who dare to trust their creative and intuitive processes as they come into fierce, tender, inalienable wholeness.

I work with Expressive Arts Therapy, inviting embodied creativity to access strengths and insights that may lie outside clients' everyday perceptions. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a SoulCollage facilitator, and a Family Constellations facilitator. I offer meditation/mindfulness practices for self-regulation and resourcing.
