I work for you, or your child to achieve your goals, providing a confidential and safe environment to help you create changes in as little time as possible. While I am fortunate to have advanced training and excellent education, I find that personal life experience and triumphs to be the invaluable education, shaping me into a seasoned psychotherapist best equipped to serve my clients.
I am a Certified EMDR therapist with EMDRIA, treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, disordered eating, attachment trauma and narcissistic abuse recovery utilizing evidence based practices. I provide Critical Incident Desensitization to corporations and organizations on location following stressful incident exposure.
I've lived in Santa Fe for over 20 years, collaborating and consulting with other professionals to serve the needs of my clients, whether in emotional pain, recovering from recent or historical trauma, I provide strength based support, interventions and guidance to obtain your goals in the process.
