Hello, I’m Julie. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist working with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. I support people navigating trauma, disabilities, neurodiversity, relationships, and gender identity, and all-around life stressors in a relaxed, nonjudgmental space. I utilize a variety of modalities depending on what fits best for you. From artistic expression to movement, music, reading and talk therapies, I meet you where you are emotionally and mentally.
My style is warm, casual, and real. I listen closely, ask curious questions, and offer gentle, honest feedback. I specialize in ADHD, autism, disabilities, and adverse childhood experiences, as well as parents of neurodivergent or disabled kids. . I especially enjoy working with people who have felt “different” or misunderstood by others or by systems.
