I am accepting new clients and have daytime/evening openings. I'm a marriage & family therapist who works with individuals and couples, focusing on adults and teens. I'm also EMDR-trained and work with people suffering from trauma and complex-PTSD. I have clinical experience working with people & couples experiencing a variety of challenges including life transitions, divorce, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. I have a lot of lived experience, so if you're looking for a therapist that feels like a real person that can relate to you and challenge you with compassion, humor, and tenderness, I'm a good fit for you!

My therapeutic approach uses tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I use my training and my warm presence to build a meaningful relationship with all of my clients.

We heal in relationship with others and with ourselves. When you better understand the patterns and unconscious beliefs that molded your thinking and behavior, you then have more power and skills to choose patterns and beliefs that free you and empower you. I help guide clients through this process by creating a judgment-free and safe space.
