Are you feeling overwhelmed by past or present experiences, difficulties with trusting others and navigating relationships, having nightmares or intrusive memories, grieving, feeling on edge or easily overwhelmed? My clients often tell me that they appreciate my non-judgmental presence and approach to counseling. I work hard to create an atmosphere that is authentic, genuine and safe as I find this allows for deeper work to be done. I use a range of therapeutic techniques including but not limited to EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
