I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 15 years of professional experience working with children, teens, and adults in diverse settings, including community mental health and school-based environments. I specialize in addressing concerns related to anxiety, anger, depression, chronic stress, ADHD, women's issues, panic-related problems, and spirituality-based issues. I earned my Master of Arts (MA) in Counselor Education at Virginia Tech.
In my practice, I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), solutions-focused strategies, and talk therapy approaches, tailored to each client's preferences and needs. I believe that the counselor-client relationship, like any other connection, thrives on mutual respect, trust, and openness.
