I believe in the therapeutic process and relationship, and find immense joy in offering a sense of normalcy and hope to my clients. Sometimes, our vision becomes blurred and we can't see past the weeds in our life. I'm here to help you wade through the mess; to gain a clearer perspective. Each person has a unique and intimate story to share and I am grateful when invited to take part in one's journey.
In therapy, we will work together as a team. We won't simply focus on the problem, but we'll search for solutions together. I am an "integrative therapist," which means that I choose a style best suited to your individual needs. There is no "one size fits all" treatment.
In seeking therapy, you've taken an important step in caring for yourself. Contact me to set up your Intake appointment. We'll talk about your history, current needs, and hopes for change. Counseling is a process, and remember, you set the pace. I look forward to speaking with you.
