We will work together to develop plan to work on what you decide is the issue. You will learn to have better connection with yourself and others. I have been helping people for over 10 years and have worked in a variety of settings which equips me to be able to help with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, trauma, grief, addiction issues and sexually maladaptive behaviors.
I am EMDR trained and use a strengths based, genuine and collaborative approach. I bring authenticity, humor and hope to my practice. I help clients find insight, confidence and healing in their lives.
