I’m Julie. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and a registered play therapist. I thoroughly enjoy working with all ages and have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse populations and cultures encountering a variety of mental and behavioral health struggles. I work a lot with anxiety, depression, and trauma and also have a passion for working with ADHD youth, as well as youth struggling with selective mutism. I am passionate about empowering and supporting those that I work with to help them succeed and overcome obstacles.
I consider myself to exhibit an eclectic approach when it comes to therapy, as well as having a strong appreciation for humor when it comes to helping us navigate everything life can throw at us. I also see myself as a therapist with a natural ability to create a relationship where individuals feel understood and validated.
