I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change—whether that shows up in relationships, anxiety, or emotional reactivity.
Many clients come to me after trying therapy before and still feeling stuck. Often, these patterns are rooted in earlier experiences and attachment relationships, which can make them difficult to shift through insight alone.
My approach is relational and grounded in attachment, integrating EMDR to help process and resolve the underlying experiences driving these patterns. This allows for meaningful changes in how you think, feel, and respond—not just short-term coping.

Therapy with me is about understanding the patterns beneath the surface and helping those patterns shift at their root. I have spent the past several years deepening my work through EMDR training and consultation, including couples EMDR.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to show up honestly. Feeling stuck can be frustrating and often confusing, especially when you’ve tried to make changes on your own. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we can begin to understand what’s keeping you stuck and work toward creating meaningful change.
