I have over two years of experience working with individuals of all ages with anxiety disorders, OCD, and depression at the partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care.
I combine an individualized, person-centered approach using exposure response prevention, CBT, DBT, ACT, and behavioral activation. I also love to incorporate playful and creative interventions, including games, bibliotherapy, journaling, and art.
