Roam Well is a place to slow your pace, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. I work with children, teens, adults, and athletes of all ages and abilities, mainly using an Internal Family System (IFS) approach that invites curiosity and compassion for the inner landscape. I support children and parents navigating ADHD and walk alongside athletes facing pressure, injury, and transition. Informed by sports medicine settings, my work weaves somatic and nature-based experiences to strengthen regulation, resilience, and trust in the body. I am an affirming LGBTQIA+ ally. Healing unfolds gently here—one intentional step at a time.

Aside from my experience as a counselor, I have over 30 yrs experience working w. the athletic population with a background in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine serving HS, college and pros. My background enables me to assist people who may be experiencing performance difficulties related to anxiety or injury. I'm a proud supporter of Special Olympics, too.

We live in challenging times and I'm here to listen and offer support whether you are experiencing grief, loss, relationship trials, parenting difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, or feel misunderstood or marginalized.
