I believe in linking the mental and the physical through mindfulness, physical exercise, exposure to nature, somatic experiencing, and positive psychology. Together we can work on building and nurturing healthy long-term relationships with yourself and others. I have a passion for working with children and families by addressing problematic behaviors at home and school. I'm an ally to LGBTQI individuals and families.
Aside from my experience as a counselor, I have over 30 yrs experience working w. the athletic population with a background in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine serving HS, college and pros. My background enables me to assist people who may be experiencing performance difficulties related to anxiety or injury. I'm a proud supporter of Special Olympics, too.
