Life can feel overwhelming, even when you’re used to holding everything together. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. With more than 30 years of experience, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is personalized and may include CBT, DBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and trauma-informed care. Christian faith can also be incorporated for clients who desire it. All backgrounds and beliefs are welcome.
My office hours are Monday to Thursday, 10:00am to 7:00pm, and every other Sunday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. You can reach me at 817-810-0030.
