Do you feel confused, overwhelmed or unsure how to name what's wrong- only that something doesn't feel right or like it used to? I'm here to help! I work with adults and couples experience depression, anxiety and grief. I also specialize in sex and intimacy concerns and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, supporting individuals and couples through periods of profound change and vulnerability. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I create a non-judgmental, inclusive space where conversations about sex, mental health, and parenthood are welcomed and normalized. I offer a space to feel supported.
I integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness and somatic work to help clients process trauma, reduce symptoms, build skills, and create more ease in daily life and relationships. In sex and intimacy work, we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful, focusing on emotional and somatic experiences rather than “fixing" or forcing change.
Clients often describe me as grounded, approachable, and someone they can trust to hold space with compassion and clarity. I offer a free 10 minute consultation and offer "Walk and Talk Therapy" as an alternative to traditional talk therapy.
