Hi, I'm Julie. I believe we all have the strength and resources within to heal and grow. Sometimes we just need some direction and support. Empowering you to utilize your own insight and wisdom, I will work with you in a collaborative and supportive manner. Using an authentic and nonjudgmental approach, I will partner with you in the journey of healing and nourishing your spirit. Clients find me to be down-to-earth, and personable. At times we can even find humor as we muddle through the muck together! Within the safety of our connection, you can find the strength, power, and ability to move past your past and forge ahead.

I use proven, evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. As a Certified EMDR therapist and EMDR Consultant in Training, I have had great success working with clients with complex traumatic backgrounds. I draw upon training in mindfulness, attachment and parts work to help clients grow and facilitate change in their lives.

Relationships can be difficult, however the most challenging relationship of all is the relationship with yourself. Throughout our work together you will discover your true self and the ability to have the relationships, family, and life that you desire.
