I provide a warm, non-judgmental, open, and trauma-informed environment that allows individuals to learn and grow in the counseling process. Throughout my career I have been involved in many community systems and organizations and have provided coaching and consulting to organizations and leaders across the country. I believe in the counseling process and acknowledge the importance of the therapeutic relationship.
I work with adults and adolescents. I specialize in treating, depression, anxiety, trauma, attention disorders, as well as women's issues, work life and integration difficulties, life transition, and adolescent and young adult struggles. I have specialized training in many areas which allows for a tailored approach to your specific needs.
I have also developed a passion for supporting and providing counseling for clinicians and helping professionals through my experiences as a clinician, supervisor, and organizational coach/consultant. I look forward to working with you in your individual process.
