I help individuals to increase awareness of ones' inner system; be that thoughts, feelings & sensations. And with this awareness more connection to oneself. My approach stems from Mindfulness & Internal Family Systems theories, incorporating new ways to be in the world. My intention is to relieve unnecessary suffering while adding more joy to your life.
Narrative Therapy is another approach I use to enable individuals to rewrite their stories, find the voice that will enable you to move forward towards your healthiest state of being.
