Life can feel overwhelming at times. It’s especially hard when your child is the one that’s struggling. It’s painful for you to listen to them talk about how anxious, misunderstood, or alone they feel. Maybe they’re not talking to you at all, which makes you worry even more... There could be something else behind that heaviness in your chest. You may be facing stressful relationship dynamics, a health issue, a loss of some kind. You get through your days, trying to cross everything off the list, but aren’t finding much fulfillment or joy. You’re feeling unsettled, anxious or depressed.
Welcome. My office is a safe space for you to tell your story and be truly heard and seen. We'll collaborate to find a path where you feel more grounded and able to figure out what’s not working. I'll help you learn how to respond to life’s challenges in less reactive, more effective ways, and uncover that calm place inside that we all possess.
I work with children, adults, and families dealing with a range of issues. My clients tell me I have a warm, approachable style that puts them at ease. Let’s connect by phone or email to determine whether we are a good fit.
