Are you a person struggling with parenting, transitions, confidence, low self-esteem and overwhelm? Are you dreading another day of shuffling kids, prepping meals and not having any time for yourself? Is being a parent leaving you feeling lonely, empty, and lost? Life can be challenging. We have to balance family, sense of self, work and finding purpose. It is really easy to lose your center. Many people feel stuck. Together we can explore ways to feel better in your own skin. I can offer strategies to help you rediscover joy and connection to the person you used to be.
We will also explore how past struggles have made an impact on your current struggles and how we can use those struggles to make constructive changes in your life. I can help you using trauma informed care, art therapy, attachment and relational strategies, mindfulness, and cognitive and behavioral interventions.
In addition to talk therapy, art therapy may provide additional insight for you, especially when navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. In a safe environment, we can work together to repair relationships, understand patterns of behavior, and open your eyes to new possibilities.
