Currently accepting patients for telehealth therapy. I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment so that you can feel open to share. Sometimes you just need a listening ear, to explore new perspectives, or develop tools to cope and feel better. Whether it's to decrease anxiety, depression, or working through relationship issues. I will do my best to provide that for you and to work as a team. You do not have to go at it alone.
I have been doing therapy for over 15 years. I have been through extensive DBT training and have led DBT skills group and individual DBT therapy. I have done Trauma Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Grief and Loss, Family Issues, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, and more.
