About
It is a privilege to be invited into the lives of others seeking to find peace, awareness and understanding of themselves and their journey through life. Deciding to begin therapy is life changing and finding a therapist with whom you can connect is a large part in achieving a positive therapeutic experience. In my practice, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can work together to identify and achieve your goals. Therapy is a place to explore, allow ourselves to be vulnerable in a safe environment, challenge and change those points of view and identify healthier ways to engage in your daily living.
I offer a broad range of knowledge and experience working with: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Depression, Eating Disorders, other Adjustment Disorders, Grief and other trauma related disorders. I lived, learned, counseled and trained in the arena of trauma.
I work with children, young adults, adults, couples, families and veterans/military service members. My extensive experience working trauma treatment has provided me with a wide array of treatment options. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
