About
If you're looking to heal from trauma, increase your ability to cope with stress, and strengthen your relationships, counseling can help. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma. I also have extensive experience providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy to those on the Autism Spectrum. I am certified as a trauma specialist and complete ongoing training in trauma informed care.
For over a decade, I have worked with individuals with varying backgrounds and support needs and have helped them reach their unique goals. I use an eclectic approach, including humanistic, somatic, attachment, trauma informed, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help you process what you're going through and move towards long-term healing.
If you are ready to take the next step towards the future you want for yourself, contact me for an appointment so we can get started!
