About
I believe we are all striving to do and be our best, but we often meet challenges or low points. It is my goal to help you through these challenges, as well as provide you with tools you can use after therapy is over. Counseling can be painful at times, yet overall a rewarding, comforting and positive experience you can carry throughout your life.
I have been told by many clients that I embody a balance between directness and warmth; that I am genuinely caring without being "mushy." Openness is very important to me, and I strive to be honest with my clients, in a supportive and safe environment.
Cancellation policy for the first session: Although I am comfortable with rescheduling and will do so myself. Life happens! After 3 cancellations of an initial session, however, I will will not schedule again. For a no-show/no-call for the first session, I will charge $180 self pay OR recommend seeking another therapist. Thanks!
