I integrate evidence based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic interventions to help you process experiences and build resilience.
Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection in your daily life. I offer therapy via telehealth for adults in Ohio. If I’m not the right fit, I can help connect you with another clinician within our practice who may better meet your needs.
