About
Are you struggling to connect with your child who is experiencing anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues? Or perhaps your teen is overwhelmed by the pressures of school, relationships, and self-doubt. I have extensive experience working with children and families. I've assisted many children & teens in navigating the complex emotions associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, peer difficulties, and sexual abuse, as well as in improving communication and strengthening family bonds.
I will work with your child to develop coping skills, mindfulness exercises, and other tools to assist them in navigating and overcoming the difficulties they are experiencing. I will help you and your child understand the underlying causes of their difficulties and develop new ways of thinking and behaving that will lead to increased well-being.
