Hello, my name is Julie Keenan and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I have spent the majority of my social work career in the healthcare world. I have experience across the lifespan providing interventions in inpatient, outpatient, and home settings for mental health concerns, caregiver stress, work stress, coping with illness, and grief.
I am passionate about working with individuals from all backgrounds and life experiences to help recognize their strengths and utilize their coping skills to get through life’s stressors. My approach to therapy comes from a systems perspective, looking at the way a variety of factors influence one’s behavior and outcomes.
My grandmother's long battle with dementia and the influence it had on my family inspired me to become a social worker.
