Using a gentle EFT approach, I help clients create nervous system safety, release emotional burdens, and develop clarity and self-trust—without forcing change or reliving the past.
My therapeutic style is warm and inclusive. I strive to foster an environment where clients feel supported while discussing difficult and challenging relational and emotional issues. My education and training are systemic, meaning I look at how relationships, environments and patterns influence a person’s overall well-being.
