I draw upon various modalities to assist teenagers and adults including: CBT, ACT, Solutions Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I practice with unconditional positive regard and encourage you to practice self-compassion while gently working toward your goals.
I am dually licensed and therefore can assist those with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges. I work with individuals who are experiencing a wide range of concerns. I believe that everyone has a capacity for change and I thoroughly enjoy being a part of that process. My practice currently only has capacity for individuals looking for telehealth.
The work I do is truly collaborative. We will set goals and assess progress as we work together. In addition, we will identify any roadblocks or triggers that may be hindering progress and work to overcome them.
