I am an empathic therapist with 19 years therapy experience. Clients often come to me with a loss of (or never developed) sense of self, difficulties in relationships, and feeling unsafe in the world due to trauma and neurodivergence. I assist my clients in transforming their deepest pain into their greatest strengths, finding passion in life, and embracing their identities. They learn to have deep meaningful relationships with self & others. Clients expand their perspectives on what is possible in this life. I also love working with therapists; their personal work enhances their own practice!
I'm a warm and open person. My greatest gift is the ability to quickly connect with clients to walk with them on their journey toward healing by creating safety and using humor help to assist in this process. My experience treating complex trauma allows me to navigate the brain's natural protections around processing trauma.
