Do you struggle with people pleasing, find it hard to tell others how you really feel, or find yourself getting caught in the same old argument in your relationship? Or maybe you were raised by emotionally immature parents who could not provide the emotional support you needed? If you have tried to change but find yourself stuck in repeating patterns, together we can explore the beliefs and unmet needs that drive these patterns. I believe that when someone really sees you, you can begin to see yourself more clearly, learn new ways to relate to others, heal from past hurts, and open up a path to deeper connection, meaning, and joy.

I work with individuals and couples in person in Springfield, Missouri and virtually throughout Missouri and Washington. I support clients struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, & grief; trauma, abuse, & neglect, relationship issues; pregnancy, postpartum & unexpected loss; and religious harm & faith transitions.
