If you are experiencing difficulty with relationships, communication, anxiety, depression, traumatic events, isolation, identity, life transitions, aging, or a combination of these, you can take a first step by reaching out for a free consultation. I offer a nurturing, safe environment for teens/adults to begin healing and finding personalized, meaningful solutions.
I also provide adoption-related therapy for adults, adolescents and families who are exploring the impacts of adoption or are considering a search for birth family members. As an adoptee myself, I offer a unique lens into related trauma and much-needed understanding.
I am here to support teens, adults, couples, and families with evidence-based, trauma-informed, humanistic interventions in a relaxed, welcoming therapeutic setting. We can explore initial and long-term goals, symptoms, resourcing, deeper material, and skills for ongoing wellness. My therapeutic approaches are personalized to each client.
I am taking new clients and will return your call. My goal is to support you with genuine care, cultural and gender attunement, and some humor when it is needed. We will prioritize building trust and hope as you work toward achieving your goals and healing, all with a focus on illuminating your innate strengths and encouraging lifelong, practical tools.
