Welcome! I am glad you're here! My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that we all have a home within ourselves and I am delighted to accompany my clients on their path towards a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Perhaps you are seeking therapy for a specific reason or wound, a pattern that feels impossible to break- or maybe you know that a more peaceful and fulfilling life is possible, but you could use some support. The therapeutic relationship is a vehicle, and in our sessions you will cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need to experience more satisfaction in all areas of life.
I utilize a variety of approaches including IFS, EMDR, & mindfulness. I enjoy working with individuals who are looking to recover from the never-ending cycle of perfectionism, and heal from shame including but not limited to body shame. I also work with ADHD and neurospicy individuals navigate (and thrive) despite systems that are not built for their success

If you have a special interest or curiosity in astrology, meditation or rituals that honor the earth and the cycles of the natural world, I can infuse these modalities into our sessions.
