I believe that the body and spirit are important components of healing and can’t/shouldn’t be ignored. I use an integrative approach that includes mind, body, and spirit.
I will encourage you to gently move, breathe, and change your environment, not just your mind. I specialize in helping trauma survivors through somatic interventions, such as trauma-focused yoga, as well as mindfulness and integrative techniques. I will find a way that works for you with the goal of helping you to live your best life and feel peaceful.
