I don't know Where the Boys Are (movie) but I DO know where the Men are..in my office! Men are an underserved, misunderstood, and often villainized group. Most want to be the best versions of themselves and accomplish this through therapy. I strive to provide an accepting, nonjudgmental, safe space to unravel the mysteries of self. My sense of humor, practical approach, appreciation for direct comments, and an athletic background make me a good match for this population. I can mirror what you can expect from a healthy female in your life. Men suffer from abuse, poor boundaries, communication traps, and societal pressures.

I'm passionate about my practice and am interactive in style. While I use science based theories, I am creative in my approaches. Your life stories are meaningful to me. I work with IT professionals, musicians, pilots, sales and marketing guys, attorneys, executives, healthcare workers, clergy, law enforcement, military, and EMS personnel among others.
