Working from a family systems and trauma focused perspective, clients explore healthier ways of interacting with themselves, friends, family, and work associates. Change occurs when people recognize their relationship patterns. This allows people to improve communications and interpersonal connections. Having worked extensively with Amazon.com, Microsoft, and Google employees and executives from other high tech or start up companies, I help people manage work expectations and develop a healthy home life.

I provide therapy for: Anger, Anxiety, High Functioning Autism (Asperger's Syndrome), Social Awkwardness, Lack of Focus, Hyper-Awareness, and Understanding and Expressing Emotions. I believe that therapy should be client-centered, outcome based, and brief.

I have a PhD Marriage and Family Therapy, I am an AAMFT Clinical Fellow, AAMFT Superior, Delta Kappa (International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society) member, Certified STEP (systematic training for effective parenting) Educator. Specialized training includes: Bowen Family Systems Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT.
