I help clients heal the impact of trauma, anxiety, and difficult family dynamics through EMDR, IFS, and practical coping tools. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and often uses humor (because healing doesn't always have to feel heavy). Together, we’ll untangle old patterns so you can feel grounded, connected, and free to live more fully.
