Welcome! My name is Julie Hey, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, CA, offering telehealth services statewide. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is eclectic, drawing from Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapy, among other modalities. I believe therapy is a space where your story matters deeply, and I’m passionate about helping you build resilience and find meaning in your experiences.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, identity development, and clinical issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and grief. I have experience supporting neurodivergent clients, particularly ADHDers and autistic, and I work from a position of allyship with LGBTQ+ individuals.
