I seek to collaborate with my clients in exploring what has happened in their life and how it affects what is currently happening; and together discover possible paths to greater self-awareness, and increased capacity to love, to work, and to live with wellness and fullness.
My approach to therapy is relational, client centered, and story driven. My work is informed by attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
