I offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment, specializing in adult individual psychotherapy & clinical supervision. We all experience times where we get stuck, when we experience crisis, when we need help. I seek to collaborate with my clients in exploring what has happened in their life and how it affects what is currently happening; and together discover possible paths to greater self-awareness, and increased capacity to love, to work, and to live with wellness and fullness. As an approved Washington State supervisor, I offer services for new therapists seeking clinical supervision, and consultation for therapists seeking support.
My approach to therapy is relational, client centered, and story driven. My work is informed by attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. My approach to clinical supervision is collaborative, creative, and interpersonal.
I offer individual counseling for adults (18+). I currently accept aetna, optum, premera, regence (blue cross/blue shield).
