I am a therapist licensed in Ohio with over 20 years of experience working as a therapist. I am also offer virtual life coach virtual services nationally at a reasonable self-pay cost. I have worked with adults, teens, and children with a wide range of concerns. I have worked extensively with issues relating to parenting, trauma, childhood abuse, clergy abuse, depression, anxiety, OCD, anger management, and family relationship issues. I also specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ and Trans community, gender identity issues, problems related to divorce, and helping parents with behavioral issues with their children.
My approach is to help you meet your goals. I know that taking that first step can be terrifying, and I assure you that this is a safe place. I believe that self-judgment is often at the core of human distress, and learning to accept your strengths and weaknesses is a key to improving well-being. Weekend appointments are currently available.
As a therapist, I believe that we all need other people. Therapy is a tool to help us connect and get honest, helpful, and compassionate feedback. I became a therapist because I enjoy helping people.
