I am EMDR-trained and use Narrative Therapy and CBT, with a focus on grief and trauma, especially in children and parents processing loss or past abuse. I utilize a combination of Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide tailored support to individuals, families, and groups.
