I am an interactive, personable, empathic and confrontational therapist. I view therapy as a journey. My patients and I work collaboratively to actualize personal and professional life dreams? I am both a "sherpa" to help relieve the stress of burdensome baggage and a guide to help patients overcome / cope better with: An Eating Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, A Difficult Life Transition, Adjustment Struggles and Painful Family Dynamics.

I am certified in Animal Assisted Therapy. "Henry Freud" is a calm, gentle, affectionate Black Lab who is eager to be part of your healing process. He is eager to offer therapeutic comfort: snuggles, kisses, floor play, secured privacy and bring you tissues. Henry's greatest gift is the ability to make everyone feel special and loved in a unique way.

Adjustments and Life transitions can be complicated and difficult. Whether the transition is to a new city, new job, or new school, it is helpful to have a safe, private space to process overwhelming emotions that invariably arise. Facing fears of transition can help people get unstuck and fulfill their dreams.
