I specialize in individual and couples therapy and have extensive experience working with a variety of concerns including couples/marital issues, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, depression, and addiction. I also work with many first responders. I am passionate about my work as a therapist and I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship provides an opportunity to help you understand yourself and others better, which can lead to more satisfying relationships and fulfillment in life.
I have many years of experience helping couples improve their connection, and individuals improve their relationships & their life. In therapy, I work at your pace, providing a nurturing, safe space where you can feel heard and understood. I am also certified in EMDR, for treating emotional difficulties that are caused by difficult or traumatic life events.
