I provide counseling services for all ages in individual, couples, and family therapy. I have extensive experience working with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, couples/marital issues, family conflict, trauma, abuse, domestic violence, relationship issues, parenting support, self-esteem, co-parenting, and life transitions. I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship provides an opportunity to help you understand yourself and others better, which can lead to more satisfying relationships and fulfillment in life. In therapy, I work alongside you, at your pace providing a warm, nurturing, and safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported in your growth.

I also have experience working in 3 different high school settings, (including Liberty and Freedom High school), helping teens who struggle with issues such as, self-esteem, academics, depression, anxiety, substance use, defiance, and self-harming behaviors. I provide support for parents who need help coping with the challenges of parenting.

I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and help many couples strengthen their relationship. I am also a certified ACT trainer. I offer effective parenting strategies, improving connections between family members. I offer day and evening appointments. Please see my website at www.juliegarciatherapy.com for more details. I look forward to hearing from you!
